So how much is the 3rd ruling going to cost you?

milspec PMAGs for sure, but all mags have to be (or should be) resistant to the solvents used in gun cleaning.

I’d still be inclined to pay cash for any new toys, just in case

I still do it in Idaho, out of habit, but I’m a lot less worried about it here.

we should all be spending cash on these things anyway. it’s a nice big fu to the banks, the credit card processors, and the dealers get to keep it all, rather than having to share with the processors…

I have 2 14.5 inch ARs with factory muzzle brakes pinned and welded, a STAG and a BCM. I need to find a reputable place in Monmouth county, I don’t want to ship the uppers, that can replace both with a bird cage or other flash suppressor of my choosing. Since these are 14.5 barrels then still need to be pinned and welded, but I want the muzzle brakes off.

Any suggestions?

Howell Gun Works or Middletown Arms should be able to do that.

Unless you want to register them as SBRs, the welds must stay. I’m pretty sure SBRs are still illegal in NJ.

The welds will stay, I just want to replace the muzzle brakes with another muzzle device and have the new device pinned and welded.

I’m going to hang onto my mini 14 now and buy the AT-M stock from Samson Mfg (if it ever becomes available again), which will run me $400.

I have a mini30 and waiting for it myself.

I bet ya, all the sudden, we will be seeing M1 Carbines at the range. Finally, pop-pop’s M1 can finally come out of hiding, into the light of something just a little closer to liberty.

Just gonna get a couple of 30 rounders. Will upgrade my carry mags, and extend the tube on my Benelli M4. I’ll unpin my Sig mags. Most of my pistols are 1911’s, and AR15/10 10 rounders are fine for the range. We could always sell our 10 rounders to NY guys.

I may sell this HK SP89 soon

I am also seeing an AR pattern 12ga (AR-12 I guess) or one of the semi auto bull pups in the hopefully not too distant future. My ammo expenses will go through the roof too, at least for a short while.

Crap I forgot about these… probably a bunch of other stuff I’m forgetting about that we couldn’t ever enjoy. My shopping list is getting too long, time to start selling organs I guess :man_shrugging:

Turkshit shotguns - don’t do it.

Depends. Some are really “not bad”.

I’ve got Turkish shorty over/under that is just way too much fun.

@scorpio64 - don’t forget about the VR80 - If shotty restrictions get overruled you can go with a “non thumbhole” stock:

Over/Unders are fine - but the semi auto AR pattern ones - avoid.

If I was to get something nice, I’d go for a Fostech Origin 12.
