This is what we need to do. Just keep throwing lawsuits at the jerkoffs. It’s about time we went on offense instead of always playing defense.

On August 7th, we will file our motion for summary judgment in Padua v. Davenport, our challenge to New Jersey’s ban on suppressors. That will be one of the first major 2A briefs since ANJRPC/Cheeseman was decided.
Likely going in on the same day the Third Circuit’s mandate will reach the district court.
Also, worth pointing out that the original guideline from the Attorney General’s Office that established the “substantially identical” test for the state’s assault weapon ban was first published in August of 1996… just a few days shy of the 30th anniversary of that guideline, that system will forever be struck down… while a district court starts weighing restrictions on NFA items in the Garden State.
If Second Amendment jurisprudence could be poetry, we are surely seeing it here in New Jersey.
I have the feeling that next year will be a great year for firearms owners behind enemy lines.
