How about we concentrate on FID’s, Pistol Permits, OGAM, 10rd Mags limits, evil feature nonsense, hollow point carry, location restrictions on carry, etc, first.

As it takes multiple years to get a law suit completed, why wait to do them one at a time?

Dump every law suit on them at once.

Duty to inform, one of the most dangerous and unconstitutional laws right behind justfiable need. Lets move on it groups, NJFOS, ANJRPC etc. Anyone who was stopped while carrying and was forced to surrender their 4th, 5th amendment rights just to exercise their 2nd amendment rights has standing!

Slam them with a full salvo, let them dodge the torpedos.

Definitely what they have been doing to us over the last few decades. It will take time, but better start now while we have momentum.

TEXT ORDER: Having conferenced with counsel on February 13, 2026, and having received an update on the continued progress of discovery in this case, it is ORDERED that the deadlines as set forth in the Scheduling Order entered on December 10, 2025 [Doc. No. 32] remain in place, including the pretrial factual discovery deadline of March 12, 2026. There will be a follow-up telephone conference on May 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to further status this matter. The call-in number is 856-210-8988, access code 465 552 459#. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Matthew J. Skahill on 2/13/26. (Shaw, A) (Entered: 02/13/2026)

I doubt it, but I’m not 100% certain.

The conferences aren’t public hearings. I suspect that they’ll ask all parties on the call to identify themselves and disconnect those that aren’t actually either plaintiffs/defendants/legal representatives.

I would figure just surprised they put the call details out there.
