Selling this Bear Creek Arsenal 16" 9mm side-charging upper receiver. NEVER used. I bought it for a 9mm AR build that never came to fruition. Comes with M-Lok compatible forend, generic flip up sights, and Kaw Valley linear compensator. The compensator has been pinned, so this upper is already NJ compliant with a fixed-stock lower. Asking price is $250 FIRM, which INCLUDES FREE SHIPPING to any address in NJ (or lower 48 for that matter). If you live in Cumberland County, I’d be willing to knock $20 off and meet up with you. Otherwise, I’d prefer to just ship it. As a reminder, this is an upper ONLY and not considered a firearm. It’s perfectly legal to ship this to you. We can work out method of payment privately.
