This is Winchester Cartridge Company manufactured between 1948-1958
The one pictured is Remington Arms (RA). Production years are mid to late 1950’s. All non corrosive.. I believe I have RA or TW (twin cities) left.
Very cool stuff.
Also just an FYI. WCC is what you are referring to, back then it was called western cartridge company and later became Winchester….
