HI folks. I’m back! I guess the old site had a serious problem. I hope everyone finds this one!

I’m doing very well, here in Florida. Just survived another Hurricane, and that’s always helpful. I hope all of you are surviving up there in the midst of all this “lawfare” going on.

Which brings me to why I posted today.I came upon a YouTube video channel called the “Martel Training Group.” The person speaking discribed himself as retired NJ Trooper and was head of the FIU (Firearms Investigation Unit). The subject of the podcast was how to properly see your NJ CCW permit through. This given allt he changes since NYSRPA vs Bruen. I wish I could imbed the URL for it but. apparently, it’s not permitted on this site.

Is this guy for real? And have things changed that drastically in NJ? This appears to be quite surreal if it’s true. Anyway, go onto Youtube and search for “Mastering NJ Concealed Carry” and tell me what you think.

What will I need to do to get to Trust level 2? TBH, I’m not on here much, so it may take a while.

BTW, has anyone heard from Brian (Moderator on the old NJ Gun Forums, formerly "GESF?) I don’t see him among the users that have returned.

Never heard of a Mod named Brian there. There was Ann “Mrs,Peel”, Nick "krdshrk and Troy “70GTO” was the admin.

Nick knows where we are and appears happy to just stay on the dumb Discord site! All they do is talk about cars and bitch that the NJGF site is still down. I posted links to this site and told them to check us out but they completely ignore me every time!

Last I saw, Max and Troy weren’t very active on the old site. They only showed up once every few months. Maybe it just got old for them, and they had other things to do.

Good riddance, to both. The less they participated, the better off the site was.

Now, if only that happened with the selective moderation, a lot more people would have continued to participate, versus leave the site.

Seriously. You never knew what was going to get their overbearing panties in a bunch. Many thanks to Maks for starting the forum up. Not maintaining it was a dick move. I get you can get tired of it, but hand it over to someone. Now we’ve lost AVB-AMG. You can’t replace that. :rofl:

This topic has been closed. The past is in the past and this site is looking forward. What is done is done and cannot be undone. Lets all work towards building a positive attitude, always moving forward.
