Aside from the price it’s an interesting concept at an attempt to flush out an enemy. Wonder how many of these you would need to send to be effective. This was likely replaced by a grenade type delivery that has a larger payload.

For giggles I looked on Amazon and most of this type of stuff won’t allow to add to cart but for some reason I can get this by Sunday:

100% collectors value. I doubt that is what they actually cost.
As for efficacy, in an Urban firefight where MG’s are throwing down hundreds of rounds, i’m sure this stuff does wonders.. Until you advance on said position and tear gas yourself.
I’ll ask my cousin if they’re still using this shit.
