The Washington state Supreme Court (not SCOTUS) has judged that the Washington state law that restricts magazines is constitutional because magazines are not “Arms” and are therefore not protected by the 2nd Amendment.

Pencils, computers, tires, spatulas… none of those are arms. Does that mean the state has a right to regulate spatulas?

This will all fall apart when it eventually reaches scotus.
