What about the grant $$ that goes to NJ, NY, Mass, Ca, the states who hate and fear the 2nd ?
My understanding from reading the News2ATeam article and U. W. press release is that the entirety of the grant is to the U.W. Firearms Research Center.
I don’t think NJ, NY, MA, CA are getting anything with this grant unless U.W. chooses to distribute to them.
