UPS hubs in northern NJ

Does anybody know if any of the UPS hubs in central/northern nj are open. Seems like most have been closed down to the public but wondering if anyone knows of one that might still be open…

Want to ship ammo but my local hub closed and they charge a 20 for a pickup at my house even though they are on my street all day long…..

Put your zip in their website and they will tell you where the locations are as well as when they are open for a lot of them.

Strange, I just tried the link, put in my zip and it came back with nothing - and i just mailed a cap and ball pistol through there a few weeks ago

Just catch the driver and ask them to take the package for you.

The only one I know of that’s still open is Secaucus. And they’re a bunch of assholes.

Nothing comes up in my vicinity which is why I am asking

This is an option but unless they happen to be delivering to my house I’m not going to be able to talk my wife into flagging down a ups driver

It’s a fairly recent change, they closed down the public service area of the majority of the big hubs.

Sucks because there was one close to me and it was the most hassle free way to ship big/heavy stuff.

They closed down the customer service hub in Lawnside but they still use as a distribution hub. I think UPS closing local hubs is probably why a lot of FFLs have switched to using FedEx. UPS customer service is also next to impossible to deal with.

How about a UPS Store? Can’t you ship through them?

Nope.. ups says you can’t drop any ammo off at their ups stores…..

I had to schedule a pickup at the house when I shipped a scope after speaking with UPS. Seems that just about all of the customer drop offs at the hubs have been closed

Yeah they closed the UPS customer center here in Bridgewater.
