TENTATIVE APRIL REOPENING PLANNED FOR CNJFO SPONSOR!

As most of us in the Second Amendment community are aware, three Sunday’s ago Union Hill Gun Club suffered a small fire on February 8, 2026 in the range equipment area, that spread smoke damage throughout the structure. The range, the gun store and CNJFO life member and sponsor Rocco LaRocca’s R.O.C. Training are all temporarily closed as a result. Union Hill Gun Club is also “home” to CNJFO’s Youth Educational Program that instructs today’s youth in the safe handling of and marksmanship with firearms.
Several CNJFO members and at least one Trustee, Jim Howard, are members there. The CNJFO Board of Trustees has reached out to Rocco and through him the owners, to offer our assistance. They asked that we pass along updates and ask everyone to give them the necessary time to re-carpet, repaint and come back stronger and better than ever.
Support those that support you! On behalf of the Board of Trustees, committee chairs and our general membership, we wish them Godspeed in their remediation endeavors and look forward to once again being a part of a 2A-friendly, professional operation!
