They won’t have to change 4473. Marijuana is still a controlled substance. It’s just been changed from Schedule 1, which it never should have been, to Schedule 3, exactly where it fits based on how the Schedules are defined. It’s now on the same schedule as anabolic steroids, short acting barbiturates, ketamine, and some opioid/non-opioid combo products, like Tylenol with Codeine.
