Amateur opinion - YES, assuming you BOTH have a NJ PTC AND are a member of either SAF or FPC.
FPC v. Bondi judgement is Federal, allowing SAF/FPC members to carry in Post Offices.
Post Offices are NOT on the NJ list (as currently enjoined) of “Sensitive Places”

If I were going to carry in a Post Office I’d want to be VERY well concealed.
Chances that random USPS employee, or fellow customer, and the police officer they might call, is aware of the FPC v. Bondi decision? I’d say very low.
I had been under the impression that there was a subsequent decision handed down in the course of the government’s appeal of the original that effectively broadened it to include anyone with legal carry rights. In any event, I am a SAF member, and I’ve been carrying in my local USPS office since the original decision.
