I hope this accomplishes something worth the effort. PA was a matter of getting citizens with conservative sympathies who were not registered to change that and get to the polls. There were a load of people in that category to work on. I don’t think that is nearly as much the case in NJ. South Jersey is already reddish purple, so imo there isn’t much potential here. North Jersey, particularly the Eastern part, is pretty much nothing but a swamp of guaranteed Dem voters. I guess there are a couple of counties up there that might be up for grabs with a really concerted effort, but “turning NJ red” is, I think, hyperbolic rhetoric. This guy has his work cut out for him, and then some.

I applaud his efforts, but he would appear to have a steep hill to climb in this hellhole of a state.

This bill is a result of NJ GOP discussions with Presler:

It sounds like a good idea, but I’m not sure if it accomplishes anything. You can get a NJ hunting license at age 10, but most common around 16. Cant vote until 18, and by then you already have a DL and automatically registered to vote.

Using hunting licenses as a way to register voters is clever, but it does not seem particularly useful. What am I missing here?

Any thought on this guy, word is he helped in PA and now he’s coming to NJ to turn it Red. Is he worth following?

Presler was interviewed on the most recent GunForHire podcast:

At the very least, he is worth watching.

He was on the Gun for Hire podcast this week, though I haven’t watched yet.

Was also on Fox last night, think Ingram

Podcast was good. He makes some excellent points.

He claims there are 250,000 gun owners in NJ that are not registered to vote. Also that Murphy’s margin in the last gubernatorial election was just 81,000 votes.
