I’m driving from Hightstown to Egg harbor via 539 with a NJ CCW permit. Should I be concerned that 539 seems to bisect McQuire/Dix. It is a public NJ Road but you know NJ.
Been down 539 many times while carrying. Obey the speed limits and you should have no problem. Only downside is TK’s ice cream is closed for the season.

No, that’s a normal road through there. Fort Dix and Lakehurst, to the east, are separate.
You’re fine on 539. Be sure to stop at Lucille’s in warren grove.
