The weather was fantastic today. I was breaking in a new 18" FN CHF 223 barrel and zeroing the scope on the rifle.

The post it target is 15 rounds of AE 223 @50 yds on a sled. once it was zeroed
The other target is 5 rounds of ADI 55 gr 223 blitziking @100 yds on the sled.
It took me 20 rounds to zero @ 50 and a 100 yds.
Next trip The gong @ 200 yds. I didn’t shoot any of the 69 gr ammo
If your looking for quality accurate ammo ADI 55gr is around $ .75 a round
some times its on sale for $ 65 a round
Hit the range today it was a little chilly and windy, Shooting some 50 beowulf , and the semi auto shotgun ran another flawless 100 rounds thru it.the red dot came loose so I stopped shooting it also the 18" FN barreled rifle My BIL met me there and I had him shooting the gong and water jugs @200 yds.

Another nice day at the range. Purchased a rifle from one of our forum members and wanted to see what it was capable of. I took a couple of shots @ 100 yds on a paper target just to see how accurate it was, and then proceeded to shoot some juice containers @ 200 yds. I’m pretty happy
just shooting some AE 223 55gr fmjbt and it preforms pretty good @ 200 yds in all of my rifles.
I took 5 shots at each container 3 hits on one and 4 hits on the other.
Oh yeah I put another 55 rounds thru the semi auto shotgun for a total of 305 fukin thing runs like a sewing machine.

Nice! What kind of shotgun is that? Can you shoot buckshot there, or does it have to be slugs?
And what is the minimum distance at which they allow you to shoot?
It’s a Tokarev TTS Titan semi auto .
15 yds minimum and you can shoot any ammo you want as long as it’s legal .

Thanks Silverado427. I recognized that as Range 14. I recently joined there, because you seem to enjoy it so much, and because I moved to south Jersey and was looking for a new range. It is kind of basic, but it is inexpensive, and it’s really all I need. And I love that you can shoot whatever you want there. I bought some steel targets, and other than having to lug it all out to 200 yards, it is fun to shoot.

Any caliber restrictions at range 14?
Last time I was there they allowed up to 50 BMG, but they put those shooters all the way at the last couple lanes.

The only time there is a restriction on the 50 bmg is if they lower the air space above the range.
But you do have to tell them if you are shooting that caliber.
Oh yeah no more rifles at the pistol range.

Another good day @ the range, just zeroing a few new scopes and one new rifle.
It was cold and windy today . There were like five people at the range today.

I put 20 rounds of PSA/AAC 300 bo 125gr ammo thru the new build its really a pleasure to shoot.

I’ve found it really likes these 3 factory loads.
Looks good. I ordered some 150 gr to try out and see how it cycles I ordered some 115and 125 gr black tip saber’s also.I think it’s going to be my new favorite rifle to shoot.

Had a nice range trip day. Shooting some 223/5.56 and 300 BO
I had my camera set up on my spotting scope to take some video’s and I did , however the phone holder was pressing on the volume button and no video was recorded, I was kinda pissed but oh well 100 yd target for the warm ups and juice containers and the 8" gong @ 200 yds
