I grew up in Morris & Essex county till I was like 18, been in Somerset county pretty much till now and I’m 52. Been calling it pork roll for as long as I can remember. Love that stuff!

When I worked at Paris Food Corp (in beautiful Camden) right out of college in '76, the Taylor Pork Roll store on the boardwalk in Atlantic City was one of our customers.
We sold them Simplot frozen potatoes (aka McDonalds fries)
