Bacon is always capitalized as is Pork Roll. They deserve that respect as the reigning kings of food.

We Texans have many things we are proud of, and hold in reverence…
Pork roll is tasty, but is in no way superior BACON.

Many of us here in NJ completely agree, bacon is king !!
But pork roll (NOT Taylor Ham) is pretty damned good too.
