All of that mass murder and shit is really a drag on the real law. 
The number of approved PTCs overall may be 70k, but a lot of them have expired.
The current number of active permits is 53138 which is the number approved in the last 2 years.
In the same period, there were 224 denials and 1 application withdrawn.
