BTW, @Revenger, is this “Out of the Box” enough for you?
Motion filed by Dan Schmutter, ANJRPC’s lead attorney.
They took these lemons:

plus some others and made a fresh batch of lemonade that NJ definitely doesn’t want to drink.
The nssf lawsuit would be a good one to force platkin and all nj police dept into a consent decree . Force them to obey all laws involvingv2a
Put a stop to corrupt LE and prosecutors. Lets go with the duty to inform law and nj permit process, many of the questions require an applicant to surrender their HIPPA rights and the question about “belonging to a group intending to overthrow the constitution” like the democrat party is currently doing
And away we go - judge has agreed to re-open the case:
(NJ OAG Sues 2 NJ FFL's for selling rifle ammunition without requiring ID)
I’m guessing we won’t see a press release from NJOAG on this development…
Do you think this will stop the AG from requiring ID to buy ammo out of state vendors
This particular case? No.
And BTW, there’s no NJ law that requires out of state vendors to require FID for ammo sales.
There IS a NJ law that says a purchaser in NJ has to have an FID to acquire handgun ammo. And the NJOAG has demonstrated they’re willing to sue out-of-state vendors who enable violation of NJ laws (it’s very likely that NJ has absolutely no jurisdiction over a vendor that doesn’t have a business location in NJ, however you still have to pay lawyers to argue that for you in court if you get sued so many vendors choose to try to avoid the suit).
So out-of-state vendors choose to require FID to
1 - Prevent NJ purchasers from possibly violating NJ law and
2 - To avoid possible lawsuits from NJOAG
