From the announcement it sounds like they’re going after an individual who ran several different gun parts retailers and PA gun shows.
They’re suing Jordan Vinroe specifically, instead of companies/shows he ran, for making ghost guns available in other states.
So it’s a re-hash of this, but going after an individual now:

Going after an individual you say? Too bad we can’t do that for lawmakers and judges in their official capacity…
Key to note here that nothing Vinroe or his organizations did was in the state of NJ, aside from purchasing billboard advertisments (for gun shows that were outside of NJ).
