Odd. I purchased on Sunday and picked up yesterday but got the approval notice Wednesday AM.

I did my NICS today around noon, the GS just called to tell me Iām good for pickup. not bad 5hrs or so.
I was considering to pick something up this weekā¦ figure to see what the wait is:
1 week backlog with another holiday coming this week.
Iām not so sure their assessment is always correct, I have applied for backround check and looked at the Que there were 1500 stacked up and it comes back next day, it is the holiday though.
I love how the government thinks āinstantā means 5-7 business days. sarcasm
Does anyone know what happened to the NJNICS.COM website? I wanted to look up some data and the site is down. It would be a shame if it was gone as there was a huge amount of data there.
