OK, So New Mexico’s 7 day wait was ruled unconstitutional by the 10 circuit, Do we have anything in the pipeline or are we just taking the usual NJ wait and see strategy, If we do have have anything in the wings are the NJ 2A groups filing an emergency appeal to SCOTUS?

Great decision, but not certain it has any immediate effect in NJ.
We don’t have any legislated waiting periods I’m aware of outside of “1 handgun per month” which is not an exact analogue to this case.
Yes, we have “effective” waiting periods due to delay in applying for FID/Handgun Purchase Permits and the several-hour-to-several-day wait due to NJ NICS, but I’m not aware that there are any legislated and enforced waiting periods in NJ that are similar to New Mexico’s.
