I’ll never forget Murphy’s interview with Tucker Carlson during Covid. Carlson asked Murphy, who gives you the right to arbitrarily decide what businesses can stay open or which ones are forced to close.
Murphy’s answer: “I wasn’t thinking about the Bill of Rights, and it’s above my paygrade”.
