Hello to all you young guns. I am currently applying for a CCW permit and am scheduled for the class at Recoil in Monroe at the end of this month. I was searching for a NJ forum for the last couple of days. Happy to find one. I am old school as far as IT is concerned and hope I can navigate this site. Excuse me if I screw up sometimes

Welcome, I’m an old dog too, and make my fair share of mistakes, but it’s turning out to be a pretty good place here so stick around. I’d take up golfbattery on his offer if you can, he’s legit from the old days.
I had already had my test at Recoil in Monroe and just received my CCW permit. The test was very easy for someone who has experience with handguns. I also just finished my test for a NYC permit which was a little more time consuming, 16 hours of classroom and 2 hours on range. I submitted my paperwork to NY and now waiting for my CCW permit.
