Hello, I’ve been interested in possibly looking for some milsurp firearms. Can I get some suggestions on any FFLs that have or deal with milsurps in NJ. I’m by Middlesex county. Thanks!
Heritage Guild in Rahway, not a giant selection but they usually have a few to look at.

Hey I’m also in Middlesex I typically just get most of my surplus online. It’s more of a gamble but also a better chance for deals. In person you can inspect better and handle it. It’s a bit of a drive but you can also try Twin Armory in North Jersey. Small store with mostly surplus.

Unfortunately there isn’t really any military surplus available through distributors any more. The only thing I have seen recently are Portuguese K98s and they were ridiculously overpriced. Maybe some of the new ATF rules changes will allow some of this stuff to come in again but with the war in the Ukraine I don’t see it happening.
Whatever you are looking for is going to be what is available on the resale market and good deals are few and far between.

Also Middlesex. Not much nearby except as someone stated earlier the Heritage Guild in Rahway. If you don’t mind the drive Sarco in Easton PA has a large amount there and it’s right next to the Guild’s range out there.

Twin Armory in saddle brook and the yankee armorer both deal in mostly milsurp firearms. Guys at twin are great.
