I would clean and lube the shotgun and cycle the action a couple hundreds times, it worked for me.

A year go I bought this model from MAC, did what Andy described above with maybe 100 cycles of the action, it has been flawless ever since.

Did I mention the wood is gorgeous? Just saying.
