For the best deals, which are constantly changing, I use ammoseek. You can filter it for new/reman, case material, shipping rates, etc.

If you hunt around a bit, you can often find places that do not charge NJ sales tax as well.

Can usually find 9mm 115 for about $200 per 1000 for factory loaded. Reman around $185 per 1000 when buying in bulk. 5-10k

I guess, my first question is, what’s your definition of bulk?

500 rounds, 1000, 10,000… more?

Oaks guns show is February 6-8. Go and buy with cash for about same price as online.
