so SCOTUS denied cert in this case about 18-20 year olds 3rd circuit opinion stands for this case out of PA. 3rd circuit should apply to NJ, correct? why haven’t we heard anything on this. I’m in my 60’s so it doesnt apply to me but it should for young americans living here.

heres the link from brietbart news, this seems to be for carrying guns in public so how exactly does a 18-20 year old in the the 3rd circuit carry a firearm with out first obtaining a firearm?
so as I interpret this is that 18-20 year olds living in the 3rd circuit jurisdiction -can carry a gun, it doesn’t seem to specify with or without a permit so do 18-20 yo have more rights then us or I should say less infringed rights then us? can the ANJRPC break this down for us.
