I want to buy neutered magazines

Ok, So I want to buy some magazines for my FNX 45 Tactical, but I don’t want to buy 10 round mags. I want to buy 15 round mags with the wounded floor plates. I don’t have anyone in PA who I can ship them to, so that is out of the question.

I need a local FFL, Monmouth county, from whom I can get neutered mags from. Anyone knows who would do this?
