… Specifically, Garrett’s Law would:
Designate lethal, high-powered airguns as firearms under the Gun Control Act;
Exclude paintball and airsoft guns that are unlikely to cause serious injury; and
Require the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to produce guidance on how manufacturers and sellers can comply with this change.
