A simple toy in a free state, a felony possession of a machine gun in Jersey! Sad but true since NJ does not differentiate a BB rifle from a true firearm!

How were they allowed in NJ on the boardwalk shooting the red star out?
Pretty awesome. Remember having a Daisy lever action and a Crosman 760 later on.
BB guns became real guns in NJ back in 1979. They have been banned from the boardwalk ever since.

Anytime you happen to see one of those “shoot the star out of the paper target with the automatic bb guns” stands at a carnival in NJ you’re witnessing an illegal gathering of machine guns.

They show up at firemen’s and county fairs all the time too.
