What calibers are you planning on reloading and for what kind of shooting?
A powder dropper like this would be useful for precision reloading, but is it is slow to manually fill each case individually. This means you would find this useful if you’re reloading a few 10’s of cartridges for precision rifle, but not so much if you want to churn out 1000 rounds of pistol ammo.

i am planning to reload 9mm, 5.56 & 308 win, but this dispenser is mostly for 308 win and use this as a measuring scale, for 9mm & 5.56 i plan to use rcbs uniflow powder measure iii,
308 for hunting (wild boar) , 9mm & 5.56 for paper target/steel fun shooting.
Since you are new to reloading, I recommend going with a classic bench powder measure, scale, and trickler.
There are several types of powder; flake, stick, ball and flattened ball. They all meter (flow) differently. Starting out with normal gear will help you better understand and get a feel for (literally) how the different powders behave.
the way i see it is like this… you have to understand the process, what the machine is doing and what it does with the materials one is working with. only after that can one use automated tools confidently. automation gives a false sense of security.
