Your Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) Legal Action Team is looking for qualified FFLs who want to sue the government and challenge unconstitutional laws. As such, we are looking for FFLs who:
- Are located in Arkansas, Delaware, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, or Texas
- Currently manufacture firearms and/or ammunition in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and plan to continue manufacturing into the future
- Pay the federal government excise taxes for the manufacture of firearms and/or ammunition
- Are willing to sue the federal government (not the ATF) as a named party to a lawsuit challenging federal laws and regulations requiring the payment of excise taxes
