For the 6.5CM shooters

I picked up a bolt gun in 6.5cm. It’s a shooter for sure.

I picked up the same. Im looking forward to shooting it. The cost of accurate 6.5cm is insane though.

That’s where reloading comes in. Not only is it less expensive in the long run, if you get into the nitty gritty, you can turn a .75moa factory load group into a .3 moa group.

If you are chasing one ragged hole, you will eventually have to get into reloading.

I tried my hand at reloading many years ago, just to see if I could do it. Did, 9mm,45acp and 5.56. Kept the loads pretty basic. Never had a over/under charge. Which is amazing because a lot of beer was consumed during that era. All that equipment is long gone now. I might consider it just for 6.5cm in the future. Factory cost is crazy and availability of accurate ammunition is an issue right now.

those cartridges take a bit longer to make worth reloading. It depends how much you shoot and how much free time you have for hobbies.

6.5 CM, or any boutique cartridge like 45-70, 300WM, 7mm RM, or 338 Lapua is always worth reloading.

Appreciated, I might pick your brain in the near future
