Hey all New here so please forgive me if this is not the right category for this post.
I have 3 guns currently in a locker at GFH that I want to sell however I don’t know what a good market value for these are. Where would I find that information?
DDM4V7 with ergo grips, Geissele SSA trigger, Vickers sling and Magpul MBUS Pro sights with about 500 rounds through it.
CZ SP01 with about 1,000 rounds through it.
.22 Marlin. Not sure of the exact model but it’s a semi-auto rifle with a scope and I have 2 or 3 magazines for it. I bought it used so no idea how many rounds through it. I’ve probably shot 300 or so rounds.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Welcome @occidentalist !
Typically when I get ready to sell a gun (a very rare occurrence):
If it’s still in new production I’ll hit up:
link: https://www.budsgunshop.com/
link: https://grabagun.com/
As well as gunbroker to see what current discount/retail prices are generally. Remember to also factor in shipping/FFL transfer fees.
If it’s out of current production then I hit up gunbroker * * Completed * * auctions (requires a signed-in account) to get a rough idea of pricing. A lot of people list auctions at “wishing” prices on gunbroker - completed auctions are a much better indicator of actual market value.
There’s a variety of other gun “blue book” sites such as:
https://truegunvalue.com/
But I tend to rely on completed gunbroker auctions more.

Gunbroker completed listings is really the only indicator of what someone was willing to pay. The sellers are free to ask whatever they want (and some prices are truly bananas) but that doesn’t mean it will sell

Thanks for the advice fellas!
Used gun values are subjective. You can throw $750.00 worth of upgrades into a $500.00 rifle, but it is unlikely the rifle will have a market value of $1,250.00.
Some guns, like the DD and the CZ hold value better compared to the Marlin (likely a Model 60).
Unless a scope is a premium brand (Leupold, Swarovski or a high end Vortex) they don’t add much value to a rifle. Your options are keeping the scope, selling it separately, or taking a loss if bundled with the rifle.
Gun broker is not a great baseline for price because it s an auction site, and people buy (bid) with their pride instead of their brains. I’ve seen guns sell WAY over what a fair market value was. I have also heard tell of guns selling on GB way under what they could have sold for at a fixed price.
Truegunvalue is no better. It values my Marlin 39D at $750.00 when it is a $1,250.00 rifle.
That brings up another pricing variable, location. I can sell my 39D online within 24hrs if I sell it on the marlin forum, but here in NJ it may take longer to get what I’d ask, and likely would be asked for a lower price, in spite of me being able to sell the 39D on the marlin forum for $1,500.00 if I was willing to wait for a collector to come along.
Ultimately, it is up to you to figure out how much you have invested in the guns, what you want for them, and if you are looking for a quick sale, the least amount you are willing to accept.

I might be interested in the DD, i have a DDM4V5LW; the first long gun i ever purchased after the shitty ar and 12ga i bought from heritage guild when i first got my fid. I don’t think i’ll ever sell it. Would be cool to have another solid AR if the price is right.
