about god damn time. fighting duty to inform , on “Elite Noir” youtube channel, cant find link right now. this is the one that should have been filed by all the NJ gun groups. 100% an easy win. an american citizen need not surrender any single constitutional right in order to exercise another. this will be nationwide for other states as well. come on NJ gun groups what is your reluctance to fight this.
