so the ar-15 gas operated rifle ban is headed to the colorado governors desk to be signed into law, how will this play out for our case at the 3rd circuit. how fast will this be appealed and stayed? how is the 10th circuit on guns, looking at the map I would think this would be stayed by midnight the day it is signed. will this create a circuit split or is it going to have to meander through the judicial glacier?
I find it infuriating that leftist legislators can pass blatantly unconstitutional laws to suit their purposes, while facing zero consequences for their actions.
