CCW renewals and Fee returns

Posting this for further knowledge and comments.

1. I heard that your current qualification is valid for your first renewal. So one qualification gets you 4 years of permit. All the dates must overlap.
2. Some townships are returning $150 of the application fee. There is a movement to move this across the state.
