Looking to get OWB, any suggestions?
Retired cop buddy of mine who is very into shooting, feels naked without a gun on him, and has a holster for each of his many pistols (and he has many) recommended Alien Gear to me. It was a good call, I’ve been extremely happy with my IWB I got from them.

The only negative is the nonstop barrage of spamming I have to deal with from them now

Are you looking for an OWB for open carry, concealed, or competitions?
There is always the Blackhawk Serpa CQC holster which is great for open carry and concealed carry. But for a little more concealment I would go with any high riding leather pancake style holster. Check and see if “We The People” holsters make one for the PX4. Competition, idk of any off the top of my head but I would start by looking at Langdon Tatical’s site for them.

The Blackhawk SERPA is not a good holster for a number of reasons.
Pressing your trigger finger towards the trigger in order to draw is asking for an ND which has happened too many times already.
When testing the retention features SERPA holsters have become completely detached from the wearer’s belt.
When dirt gets inside the locking mechanism, the lock can no longer be disabled trapping the gun in the holster. The holster has to be destroyed to get the gun out.
Multiple ranges and instructors have banned SERPA holsters from their ranges and classes.
For a retention holster, Safariland ALS is hard to beat.
For a competition holster, Red Hill Tactical are my go-to.
For EDC, what style are you looking for?
I’m late to the carry world.
Really haven’t decided, was thinking OWB, But leaning towards IWB, probably hip. Thinking I’m a bit chunky for appendix. Been trying a few of my friends and trying to decide.
