Can it be carried “cocked and locked”?
No. Berettas dont have a safety feature to allow for that.
If you switch the safety on, they will decock the hammer.
Unless youre somewhat a large person, this isnt practical to carry.
The 92gts seems to be the little brother to their 92x performance line.
which one you lookin at? The Full Size or the Centurian?

In the 30 day protocol, Jan 5 the nic goes in for a 92gts centurian, very excited. Full size frame felt great in the hand.

I would better get Sig P226 Legion SA, Beretta is not the same in quality, many issues.
Finally got to pick up my GTS, first impression is very positive, having the full size frame is a pleasure, much softer shooting than I imagined, a bit more take up in the trigger than I would prefer, but range time will alleviate that. All in all it was a good purchase, may even give it a chance as a carry gun.
One other complaint, if you can call it one, the front fiber optic is very small, will need to replace the red with green and widen the dot more with a solder gun. It gets lost in the blacked out rear sight, to much slop.
Completely unrelated but it’s applies to the GTS. If you’re feeling a little Robocop these are in pre-order.
