Sorry to disappoint, but no pineapples or crockpots were used in this recipe.
Tried my hand at Shepherds Pie last weekend for St. Patrick’s Day.
Did you use lamb or beef?
If you used beef, you made cottage pie, not shepherd’s pie.
It was beef. No pineapple.

Hot dogs w/ BQ sauce mustard and salsa , with beans and potato salad.
I’ll probably be having dinner in the San Jose airport tonight, so whatever I can find there. Flight delays are making it so I’ll miss dinner at home.
