You may want to reconsider moving down there. They’ve got an Assault weapons ban that’s probably worse than NJ’s and starting in November they’re going to be doing pistol permits. I know there’s a sub Redditt for Delaware Gun owners but there’s not much activity on there compared to the NJ or PA one.

The only good thing about shooting in Delaware is Bridgeville, which has a 1000yd range (closest one to south Jersey)

It’s very similar to NY’s where it has to be a featureless rifle or one with a fixed magazine and all the features. If we win the Third Circuit, I"m not sure if it automatically applies to DE or if they have to petition the court to have results apply to them since they are in the same circuit. Also their CCW application process seems more onerous as it stands compared to NJ’s, at least in my opinion, but it’s been the same for years (ours was just so bad that Bruen opened it up quick while theirs stayed put).
