Is the $60 price with the 40% off or is it 40% off that price?
The $60 price is not including the 40% off. So it would be about 36$ for the light.

Thanks for the heads-up. I would have jumped on this, but my local Harbor Freight is sold out. The next closest Harbor Freight is 90 minutes away, and in Washington state, where they are probably prohibited from selling anything with ‘tactical’ in the name.
