on june 11th he agreed to sell me .308 165 gr and state that he is not available for a week and he will contact me when he return to NJ, but after that he never contact me again and never reply to my msg.

Buyers Rules:
You must reply to the original post with ‘I’ll take it’ or ‘I’ll take it per our PMs’ to establish yourself as the buyer. Negotiation, payment and delivery settlement can be done in private chat.
Sellers Rules:
The first to post ‘I’ll take it’ establishes the buyer. If for any reason the deal falls apart, the item may be relisted.
