What's the legal way to sell handgun ammo here

Plain rules of the English language apply.

The separator between the last two items of a list has always applied to all the previous items separated by commas in the list.

“A, B, or C” has never in the history of the English language meant anything except one of the list is needed.

“A, B, and C” means all of the things in the list are needed.

You seem to think “A, B, or C” might mean “A and B” or “C”. It doesn’t and never has.

Not true. If you’re buying handgun ammo they do and even before the requirement for electronic reporting, the FFL was required to keep a paper log of handgun ammo sales.

It does not apply to rifle or shotgun ammo, so if you were buying that you won’t have been asked for a permit.

I’m not sure they missed anything. Reducing the number of people who can buy ammo is completely in line with their philosophy.

Nothing for nothing, but I hated English class in school… LOL…

OK, I’ll buy that!

For sure… but ammo without the hardware to go with it, is just a paperweight. Apparently they’re trying to keep gang bangers in Camden from buying ammo in Dick’s…

Ok, who has required a FID/FPIC -----AND----- a current P2P, the combination of both, at the same time, in order to buy ammo?

Sorry, I misread your post. Somehow I thought you said FPIC and DL.

My mistake.

Is there anyone requiring you to show those two now to purchase? I haven’t bought ammo for a long time in a retail location in this state.
