So I was at the big Asian Market grocery store over on Rt 79 in Marlboro, needed to pick up some nori to do sushi rolls, saw all this in the meat freezer.
I was thinking of doing a Haggis like recipe along the lines of pig A-hole stuffed with uterus, brains, and diced noses, but I’m worried it will come out rubbery. Any thoughts ??
Put it in a crockpot with some pineapple
