Having read the entire opening brief from the Petitioners’ attorneys (which is GREAT btw!) I come to the conclusion that some judges are Dangerous and Unusual, and they should be removed from office post haste.

They never do the math. When I was learning logical principles for philosophy, a fundamental precept was hammered into me. The formula has to operate in reverse too. Meaning an argument should prove out during construction as well as deconstruction
