That goes without saying. You have to appear in person at the polling station if you want to vote any other way, which could be a challenge when you are 6 feet under.
Actually received the Senior Freeze today. Applied on 7/16. Surprisingly fast.

Has anyone received an Anchor letter yet?
Nope which means I will have to do it manually in march.. But if I was a illegal mutha fukers would be spoon feeding me cash.
Are you under 65? Anchor is the one time payment only.
I got my Anchor letter lasr week
It said I was all good and the expect my check in the Fall

It’s actually a Triple header:
*Seniors aged 65 or older and disabled homeowners or mobile homeowners are able to apply for three State property tax relief programs – Senior Freeze, ANCHOR, and the forthcoming StayNJ – by filling out a single application.
The new PAS-1 combined application replaces the former Senior Freeze and ANCHOR applications, meaning eligible taxpayers no longer need to file separate applications for these programs.*

I haven’t received the letter yet. Two weeks tomorrow. I had no issues last year.

As a renter (in a senior housing building) I have gotten anchor checks the last 2 years.
I don’t remember ever getting a stay check.
Had to refile all over again.
