From the times I’ve talked to him he is not anti-2A.
I say invite him to the forum and ask him.
Invite him to Clinton for a clay shoot
How much more can they push, specially after the last S.C. ruling that gave us CCW? Their freewheeling seems to be over.
How far will they push, if 3rd ckt rules against mag limit we’ll have a 5 rd max
But he is a Pro Trenton, status quo elitist. He does not represent change for NJ.
Did anyone catch the Democrat primary debate? Not one candidate made even the slightest hint towards cutting spending.
I watched most of it yesterday. Just a bunch of popular keywords being slung inside empty answers. But I did learn a few interesting things about agendas.
The Dems are looking to take money away from the Turnpike (maint and improvements) and redirect it to city transportation (busses). There is a Repub NJ Supreme Court seat that will be opening up this year and they plan to fill it with a Dem. Apparently NJ has a long tradition of balancing the high court (could have fooled me) with a balance of dems and repubs. Spiller is pushing white people are nazis and after they come for the mexicans they are coming for you (blacks).
Another interesting tidbit, Jersey City has a Municipal ID Office, that they use to provide illegals with state accredited ID to legitimize illegal alien status, giving them access to ID for banking, renting access to healthcare and other entitlement programs.
The State issued ID program was surprising because ID is racist, somehow. Maybe ICE/FBI needs to raid that ID office. One stop shopping.
Pension funding (state) took up a lot of oxygen. The debate meandered but ALWAYS circled back to pension funding somehow. Maybe the pension fund has been pilfered leaving the state vulnerable to more downgrades by Moody’s.
Desegregation in schools was brought up… dunno why becauseNJ has been desegregated a looooong time. What they were really saying is they want to fuck up well run schools by bussing from minority schools to white majority schools. Instead of just fixing the schools they are bussing kids FROM.
They floated a middle class tax cut, using corps to make up the difference. Tax the rich. I’m sure that will cause corps to flock to NJ.
They want to create a formal Pre-K state run education program. They are taking a page right out of Animal Farm, Separate children from parents and indoctrinate them at an even earlier age through compulsory pre-K education. and build up the education/indoctrination system, school union voter base.
Housing and CoL was brought up a lot, but fighting Trump, protecting illegal immigrants from MAGA racists was the prevailing theme.
What they do not understand is if we get rid of EVERY illegal alien, housing will go down, quality of education goes up, cost of edu goes down, policing and corrections costs go down…
Spiller must be a george soros pick .
Is that a serious question? I mean we’re still talking about this bill, and there’s nothing to stop it from becoming law if “they” really want it:
They can push as hard as they feel they can get away with come election or campaign donation time with the only effective immediate control being what a judge is willing to issue an injunction for. Otherwise it will be years in the courts.
2+ years after Bruen we’re still under imminent threat (awaiting a 3rd circuit decision of NJ’s appeal of the injunction ~460 days since last hearing in the case) of effectively losing ability to carry.
We only carry where we can currently because we’re working under an injunction that can be undone at any moment and put the entirety of the anti-carry bill back into effect. I’m glad I can carry at the moment but it’s not a “solidly respected right” yet.
Don’t get me started on the 10 round limit. This should have been an extremely easy one to get overturned by all the 2A groups, based on so much evidence out there. But here we are, 6 YEARS later with the mag restriction.
Spadea so far for me.
Jack seems like a politician.
Bramnick is a definite no.
I want Durr to give us more info, but he’s short with his answers. Nothing is fleshed out.
Durr is the little engine that really really wanted to but couldnt.
Spadea is the least worst choice.
And that’s it in a nutshell. We get stuck voting for the least worst, instead of actually getting someone who could actually do the job well. No wonder this state is toast…
We know Spadea supports 2A! He’s also NOT a politician! What else do we need?
Of the four, Spadea is the best choice. However, he needs a deeper understanding of politics and worldly affairs. His knowledge is superficial.
Ciatterelli just joined the NJ Firearms Owners Syndicate group on FB yesterday. I’ll report here if anything interesting transpires as a result.
From Jack, posted on FacePlant:
It was bad enough when Bill Spadea was caught soliciting donations with a promise to help fellow NJ Republicans only to pocket the money and pay himself a $65,000 ‘salary’.
But recent reports that Spadea is deceiving seniors - many who had never heard of him - by tricking them into sending him money they thought was going to help President Trump is offensive.
Spadea should give the money back and apologize for ripping these people off.
Politico? No thanks.
That is one of the “news outlets” that the left was funding, and DOGE cut off. May as well be a KGB misinformation mill.
